ZT77 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User" or "You") and ZT77 (the "Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") governing your access to and use of all services, games, features and content available on the ZT77 platform.

By completing the registration process, accessing the ZT77 platform in any capacity, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If there is any part of these Terms that you do not understand or do not agree with, you must not register an account or use the ZT77 platform.

ZT77 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the platform and take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of ZT77 following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and maintain an active account on ZT77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. ZT77 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gaming. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all associated funds will be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under local legislation. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of ZT77 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must be registering as yourself, using your own true and accurate personal information. Registering on behalf of another person, or using false identity information, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• You must not be a current employee, director, agent or contractor of ZT77 or any affiliated entity, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be a person who has previously been excluded from ZT77 under a self-exclusion arrangement or been permanently banned from the platform for any breach of these Terms.

Each person may hold only one ZT77 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances within them. If you accidentally create a duplicate account, you must contact ZT77 support immediately to have the duplicate closed.

When registering your ZT77 account, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number and email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes. ZT77 relies on this information to verify your identity, process payments and communicate with you.

• Password Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ZT77 account credentials. Choose a strong, unique password and do not share it with anyone. ZT77 will never ask you for your password through any channel.
• Account Access: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your ZT77 account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact ZT77 support immediately.
• KYC Verification: ZT77 may request identity verification documents at any time — particularly before processing withdrawals or when large deposits are made. Documents typically requested include a copy of your CNIC and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal holds until documentation is provided.
• Account Currency: All ZT77 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All displayed amounts, balances, deposits and withdrawals are in PKR unless explicitly stated otherwise.

ZT77 accepts deposits from Pakistani players via the following approved payment methods only. Any funds received from unapproved sources will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

All deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes only. ZT77 does not operate as a payment processing or banking service. Funds deposited must belong to you personally — third-party deposits are not permitted. ZT77 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

ZT77 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly and fairly for all Pakistani players. The following conditions and procedures apply to all withdrawal requests made through the ZT77 platform:

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. ZT77 may request matching verification if a different withdrawal method is requested.
• Processing Times: Standard Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes of approval during business hours. IBFT bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 2 business hours. During peak periods or for large amounts, processing may extend to 24 hours.
• KYC Requirement: Accounts that have not completed identity verification may have withdrawal processing delayed until verification is complete. ZT77 requests this to protect players against unauthorised withdrawals.
• Wagering Requirement: Where a deposit bonus has been accepted, a wagering requirement applies before the bonus portion of your balance becomes withdrawable. See Section 6 for full bonus terms. Real-money deposits without a bonus accepted are not subject to wagering requirements.
• Pending Bets: Withdrawals cannot be processed on funds currently committed to active bets. You must wait for active bets to settle before the corresponding balance becomes withdrawable.
• Daily Withdrawal Limit: Standard accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of Rs 500,000. VIP tier players may request a higher limit through ZT77 support.

ZT77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Pakistani players. All ZT77 bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All ZT77 bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) that must be met before bonus funds or winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is specified in the promotion details. Standard ZT77 welcome bonuses carry a 20x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.
• Eligible Games: Not all ZT77 games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet towards the wagering requirement. Table games including Teen Patti and Andar Bahar contribute 20%. Sports betting contributes 50%. Aviator contributes 100%. Specific promotion pages will list any game exclusions or altered contribution rates.
• Bonus Validity: All ZT77 bonuses have an expiry period from the date of activation. Standard welcome bonuses expire after 30 days. Free spins expire after 7 days. Bonuses not used within the validity period are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time on their ZT77 account. A new bonus cannot be activated until the current bonus has been completed or forfeited.
• Abuse Prevention: ZT77 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus, and to close any account, where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple first-deposit bonuses, systematic low-risk betting to clear wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to abuse promotional structures.
• Free Spins: Free spin winnings on ZT77 are credited as bonus funds and are subject to standard wagering requirements unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

All games available on ZT77 — including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Aviator, jackpot slots, fishing games, virtual sports and PSL betting — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money bets.

• RNG Certification: All ZT77 casino games and slots use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG). The RNG produces completely random, unpredictable outcomes for every game round. ZT77 does not and cannot alter game outcomes in real time.
• Provably Fair (Aviator): The ZT77 Aviator crash game uses a provably fair algorithm. Every crash point is determined before the round begins and can be independently verified by any player using the hash values provided in the game history.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ZT77 platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all associated balances, without limitation of any legal remedies available to ZT77:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, submitting falsified identity documents or misrepresenting your age, location or eligibility status in any way.
• Money Laundering: Using ZT77 to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity or as part of any money laundering scheme. ZT77 is required by law to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Working with other players to share information, coordinate bets or otherwise gain an unfair advantage in any ZT77 game, particularly live dealer games, poker variants and sports betting markets.
• Chargeback Abuse: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider after ZT77 services have been rendered. Accounts that initiate chargebacks will be immediately suspended pending investigation.
• Technical Exploitation: Attempting to exploit software errors, game bugs or technical vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be removed.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated software or any non-human means to place bets or interact with ZT77 games without explicit prior written consent from ZT77.

Gaming on ZT77 is intended to be entertainment — not a source of income, not a way to resolve financial difficulties, and not a compulsive activity. ZT77 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. ZT77 enforces these limits automatically. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Reductions take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum acceptable losses per day, week or month. When the limit is reached, ZT77 automatically suspends play for the remainder of the defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations with on-screen reminders when your limit approaches. ZT77 can automatically end a session when the time limit is reached.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications during play showing your current session duration and net result, helping you stay aware of your activity.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary break from gaming lasting 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, access to your ZT77 account is suspended and no deposits can be made.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from ZT77. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately, cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months, and ZT77 will close your account and return any remaining balance.

ZT77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the requested timeframe
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or any other prohibited activity as defined in Section 8
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's bank or payment provider
• Identification that the player is under 18 years of age
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by a person other than the registered account holder
• Self-exclusion request by the account holder under Section 9

Where an account is closed due to suspected fraud or breach of Terms, ZT77 reserves the right to withhold the associated account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is identified, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their ZT77 account should contact support. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player subject to standard KYC and wagering requirement conditions.

All content on the ZT77 platform — including but not limited to the ZT77 brand name, logo, game names, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ZT77 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ZT77 platform for your personal gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform or commercially exploit any content from the ZT77 platform without prior written consent from ZT77.

Any unauthorised use of ZT77 intellectual property will result in immediate account closure and may be subject to legal action.

The collection, storage and use of your personal data by ZT77 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering a ZT77 account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZT77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the ZT77 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings or gaming opportunities resulting from technical malfunctions, network interruptions or platform downtime
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the ZT77 platform
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain password security
• Errors in game information, odds or statistics that are corrected after the fact
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions or telecommunications networks

In all cases where ZT77 is found liable for any reason, ZT77's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

ZT77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to players. Changes will be published on the ZT77 platform with a revised "Last Updated" date clearly shown at the top of this page. These Terms and Conditions, and all disputes arising from or in connection with your use of the ZT77 platform, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZT77 holds its operating licence. By using the ZT77 platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of ZT77's licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through ZT77's internal complaints procedure.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players must first attempt to resolve any dispute through ZT77's customer support channel. ZT77 commits to investigating and responding to all formal complaints within 14 business days.

Where ZT77's internal resolution process does not produce a satisfactory outcome, players may refer the dispute to the independent dispute resolution service designated by ZT77's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution service are available upon request from ZT77 support.
